Terms of Service

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with others
• One person may hold only one account

Hosts are required to complete identity verification before going live. Providing false identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in permanent banning and potential legal action.

• Coins are the in-platform currency used to access conversations with hosts
• Coins are purchased using real money through our payment partners (Razorpay, UPI)
• Coin prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• All purchases are processed securely — we do not store payment card data

• Coins are deducted per minute during audio or video calls with hosts
• Coins are deducted immediately when you send a virtual gift to a host
• Unused coins do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts

Coins may not be resold, bartered, or exchanged for cash. Any attempt to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Calls on Suno Saathi are for companionship, emotional support, language practice, and general conversation. You agree to:

• Treat hosts with dignity and respect at all times
• Not use calls for any illegal, threatening, or harassing purpose
• Not record calls without the explicit consent of the host
• Not solicit personal contact information from hosts
• Not attempt to engage hosts in activities outside the platform

We do not guarantee uninterrupted call availability. Hosts set their own availability and may go offline at any time. Coins are only deducted for connected call time — not for time spent waiting in queue.

• Hosts must complete and pass identity verification before going live
• Hosts must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in India
• Hosts must maintain a professional, respectful demeanor during all calls
• Hosts must not share personal contact details with users
• Hosts are responsible for providing their own device and internet connection

• Hosts earn a per-minute rate for connected call time
• Hosts receive a share of virtual gift value sent during their calls
• Earnings are processed weekly and transferred to the host's registered bank account
• Suno Saathi deducts a platform fee from gross earnings before payout
• Earnings are subject to applicable TDS deductions per Indian tax law

Hosts who violate platform guidelines — including engaging in inappropriate conversations, soliciting off-platform contact, or misrepresenting themselves — will be suspended or permanently banned. Disputed earnings from the period of violation may be withheld.

By uploading a profile photo, bio, or any other content, you grant Suno Saathi a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. You retain ownership of your content.

The Suno Saathi brand, logo, platform design, and all original content are the exclusive property of Avaneor Private Limited and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Deletion removes your profile and personal data, subject to our data retention policy. Unused coins are forfeited on account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• We detect fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• We are required to do so by law or court order
• We determine that continued access poses a risk to other users
