Our Purpose
Every person on Suno Saathi — user or host — is a real human being deserving of dignity and kindness. We expect everyone to treat the platform and its members with that understanding.
These Community Guidelines apply to all activity on Suno Saathi, including audio calls, video calls, profile content, virtual gifts, and any communication with our support team.

- Be kind — even when you disagree
- Be honest — never misrepresent who you are
- Be safe — never share personal contact details during calls
- Be respectful — hosts and users are real people with real feelings
- Be responsible — report what seems wrong; do not take matters into your own hands
Guidelines for Users
Treating Hosts with Respect
Hosts are real people offering their time and attention. You agree to:
- Speak to hosts the way you would like to be spoken to
- Not use calls to vent abusively, threaten, or demean
- Not pressure hosts into conversations they are uncomfortable with
- Not attempt to contact hosts outside of Suno Saathi
- End a call politely if it is not what you expected, rather than acting out
Honest Representation
- Use a real or reasonable display name — no offensive or misleading usernames
- Do not impersonate another person, public figure, or Suno Saathi employee
- Do not misrepresent your age — the platform is strictly 18+
Using Features Responsibly
- Virtual gifts should be sent as a genuine appreciation — not as a means to manipulate or pressure a host
- The report and block features are for genuine violations, not disagreements or preferences
- Do not abuse the refund or dispute system for coins that were legitimately spent
Guidelines for Hosts
Professional Conduct
As a host, you represent Suno Saathi to every user you speak with. You agree to:
- Be present, engaged, and respectful during every call
- Not make discriminatory remarks based on religion, caste, gender, sexuality, or ethnicity
- Not discuss or engage in explicit, sexual, or romantic conversations
- Not accept or solicit personal contact from users outside the platform
- Not ask users for money, gifts, or favours outside of the platform's official gift system
Honest Hosting
- Your profile photo and bio must accurately represent who you are
- Do not use pre-recorded audio or video to fake availability
- Do not share another person's identity or documents for verification
- Disclose any conflicts of interest that might affect a conversation
Setting Boundaries
You are always in control of your calls. You may end any call that makes you uncomfortable, and you are encouraged to report users who violate the guidelines. Setting and communicating your boundaries at the start of a call is both acceptable and encouraged.
Zero-Tolerance Behaviours
The following behaviours result in immediate permanent banning with no appeal:
- Any sexual content involving minors, real or implied
- Threats of physical violence or harm
- Sharing another person's private images or personal information without consent
- Coordinated harassment campaigns against any user or host
- Attempting to recruit users or hosts to a competing or fraudulent platform
- Using the platform to facilitate any criminal activity
- Impersonating Suno Saathi staff or law enforcement
Reporting Violations
If someone on the platform makes you feel unsafe or violates these guidelines, please report them. Here is how:
- Tap the flag or report icon during or after a call
- Use the block feature to prevent further contact immediately
- Email support@sunosathi.com with "Safety Report" as the subject for urgent concerns
- Include the host/user display name and a brief description of what happened
All reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, typically within 24–48 hours. We do not share your identity with the person you report.
False Reports
Submitting knowingly false reports against other users is a violation of these guidelines and may result in your own account being restricted.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, we may take the following actions:
- Warning: a formal notice for minor first-time violations
- Temporary suspension: 24-hour to 30-day access restriction for repeated or moderate violations
- Earnings hold: host earnings withheld pending investigation
- Permanent ban: account closed and access revoked for severe or zero-tolerance violations
- Legal referral: serious violations (threats, CSAM, fraud) referred to law enforcement
You may appeal a suspension or ban by emailing support@sunosathi.com within 7 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the one who issued the original action.
Host Safety
We take the safety of our hosts seriously. If you are a host and experience a situation that makes you feel unsafe:
- End the call immediately — you are never required to stay on a call
- Report the user directly through the app
- Contact our support team if you feel threatened
- If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first
Hosts who consistently receive safety reports about users will be reviewed. Repeated offenders will be permanently removed.
Mental Health & Support
Some users come to Suno Saathi during difficult times. Hosts are companions — not mental health professionals. If a user expresses thoughts of self-harm or suicide, hosts should:
- Listen without judgement and stay calm
- Gently encourage the user to speak to a professional or helpline
- End the call if they feel overwhelmed — their own wellbeing matters too
- Report the interaction to Suno Saathi support
Feedback & Updates
These guidelines evolve as the platform grows. We welcome feedback on them — if you think we have missed something or a rule feels unfair, tell us. Community trust is built together.
