This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing coins, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
Coin Purchases
Coins are the in-platform currency on Suno Saathi. They are used to access conversations with hosts and to send virtual gifts. Coin packages are available in various denominations and are purchased via Razorpay, UPI, or other supported payment methods.
Important to Know Before You Buy
- Coins do not have any monetary value outside of Suno Saathi
- Coins cannot be transferred to another user's account
- Unused coins remain in your account as long as it is active
- Coins are forfeited on account deletion or permanent ban
Eligible Refunds
We will issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
1. Technical Failure During Purchase
If you were charged but coins were not credited to your account due to a payment gateway error or platform fault, we will either credit the missing coins or issue a full refund within 7 business days.
2. Duplicate Charge
If your account was charged twice for a single transaction, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification. Please provide your transaction ID when contacting us.
3. Unauthorised Transaction
If you did not authorise a coin purchase — for example, due to account compromise — contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where confirmed, refund the amount. You should also report unauthorised transactions to your bank.
4. Platform Unavailability
If Suno Saathi experiences an extended outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) and you have unused coins at that time, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused coin value. We will proactively reach out in such events.
5. Promotional or Incorrect Pricing
If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a pricing error on our end, we will refund the difference or the full amount, depending on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Coins that have already been spent on calls (deducted per minute)
- Virtual gifts that have been sent to a host
- Coins spent as a result of your own accidental actions
- Purchases made more than 30 days before the refund request
- Coins purchased during promotional events or at discounted rates
- Accounts that have been suspended or banned due to policy violations
Host Earnings
Earned Payouts
Once host earnings have been processed and transferred to a registered bank account, they cannot be recalled or reversed by Suno Saathi. Hosts are responsible for ensuring their bank account details are accurate before payout.
Withheld Earnings
Earnings may be withheld in the following cases:
- Incomplete or unverified KYC / identity documents
- Earnings generated during a period of account suspension under investigation
- Bank account details that fail verification or result in failed transfers
- Earnings under the minimum payout threshold (₹200)
Failed Transfers
If a weekly payout transfer fails (e.g., due to incorrect bank details), the amount is held for up to 30 days. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days, the earnings may be forfeited. Contact support promptly if you experience a failed payout.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email support@sunosathi.com with the subject line: "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address or phone number
- Provide the transaction ID or order ID (available in your purchase history)
- Briefly describe the reason for the refund request
- Attach a screenshot of the transaction if relevant

Processing & Timeline
- We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used
- UPI and card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank
- Coin credits (where applicable) are applied to your account within 24 hours of approval
Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us, it may delay resolution and restrict your account access during the investigation period.
We encourage you to reach out to our support team first — most issues are resolved within a few business days without the need for a formal dispute.
